Life Group Leader Application Form
Leading a Life Group at Crossview is a very significant ministry. We believe people grow best in relationship with others. A healthy Life Group is one place for that to happen. This would not be possible without qualified and devoted Christ-followers who desire the best for the people they lead.
Please keep in mind these basic requirements that you need to meet before you can become a Life Group leader at Crossview Church:
- Have been a follower of Jesus Christ for at least a year
- Have been attending Crossview Church regularly for at least a year
- Completed the Crossview 101 class
- Have been in a Crossview Church Life Group for at least one session as a participant (Preferred but not required)
The questions below are designed to help us get to know you better. Please take a few minutes to complete the following questions. This will be a starting point for discussion when we meet to answer any of your questions and to determine if leading a Life Group is a good fit for you.
